We are currently experiencing an unprecedented number of phone calls to the Medical Centre to book appointments for Pfizer Vaccines and as a result, you may have difficulty getting through to our reception staff.

New patients required to bring their Medical Health Summary from the treating GP, Valid Medicare Card and the Completed Consent Form when you come for the vaccination.
Existing patients required to bring the Completed Consent Form and the Valid Medicare Card when you come for the vaccination.
